Bobbejaanland – Lichtaart (Belgium)
Bobbejaanland is situated in Belgium and is one of the most popular theme parks of Europe! Bobbejaanland features a museum about Indians, the Kid’s Land and various shows. Because of the many indoor attractions, a visit to Bobbejaanland is not limited to the weather conditions.

Bonnefantenmuseum – Maastricht
Bonnefanten is a museum for contemporary and ancient art. The exceptional building is situated on the Eastern bank of the Maas. There is a nice offer for children: there are quests set up and during the summer, special family guided tours are given.

Coming from the city centre of Han-sur-Lesse, a small picturesque train will take you to the entrance of the cave. From there on, a guided boat trip on the underground river will take you to the most beautiful subterranean cellars.

Gaiapark – Kerkrade Zoo
This beautiful zoo is located in the wonderful South Limburg; GaiaPark Kerkrade Zoo. In this special, modern zoo, the animals live in spacious, natural enclosures. GaiaPark is both for children as for adults a fantastic day out, where the experience is the central focus.

Het Sprookjesbos – Valkenburg on the Geul
In the theme park of ‘the fairy tale forest’, people can enjoy the many attractions the park features. The theme park is not only about fairy tales, it offers so much more!

The Continium is situated in Kerkrade and is an animated museum that tells all sorts of fascinating stories about men and machines.

Castle ruins / Fluweelengrot – Valkenburg on the Geul
The ‘Fluweelengrot’ holds many secrets. There are lots of things to see, like cave drawings and cut out statues in the soft marl wall. Combined with a visit to the castle ruins, the ‘FLuweelengrot’ is a unique experience – travelling back in time – and a wonderful day out.

Kids Town – Heerlen
Kids Town is the funnest, nicest and largest indoor kids theme park in Limburg. Over 10 000 m2 of park, opened every day.

Labyrinth ‘Drielandenpunt’ – Vaals
Discover the exciting labyrinth: it is the biggest in Holland. It’s also is located near the ‘Drielandenpunt’, a geographical area where the three surrounding countries – the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium – cross each other. Lose yourself in the endless paths of the labyrinth. In your search for the centre of the labyrinth, you’ll cross the surprising spraying walls of water.

Monschauer Glashütte – Monschau (Germany)
In a former wool factory, on the banks of the river ‘de Roer’, this glassworks has been set up to Roman tradition. You’ll experience the history of 2000 years of glass history.

The sheep fold of Mergelland – Epen
In this sheep fold, behind the shepherd’s hut, 500 to 600 ewes live in the early spring, and in the lambing season, several hundreds of new-born ewes join them.

Snowworld – Landgraaf
Skiing or snowboarding all year round on real snow? It’s possible in Landgraaf! The largest indoor skiing hall in the world, with its very own chair lift and several ski lifts, makes you feel like you’re in Austria.

Coal mine in Blegny-Mine – Blegny (Belgium)
Not far from Luik, it’s possible to visit an outstanding example of the beautiful Belgian heritage: the coal mine of Blegny. A tour will include a video introduction and an underground adventure (descending to the underground levels in an elevator, descrying a pillar and a depiction of using the extraction equipment and the mine workers’ intruments.

Steam train of South Limburg – Simpelveld
Take a ride on a authentic steam train on the ‘Miljoenenlijn’, it’s railway… Starting in Schin op Geul, the South Limburg steam train will ride from Maastricht to Aken, the oldest international connection, constructed in 1853. The ride offers views of the lovely hills and landscapes.

Subtropical swimming paradise Mosaqua – Gulpen
Mosaqua is an indoor and outdoor swimming paradise, that offers many ways of relaxation! The outdoor pools are located at the foot of the Gulpener hill, and feature several playground facilities. A pleasant terrace and a large sunbathing area (including beach volleybal field) complete your day at Mosaqua!

Plopsa Coo – Stavelot (Belgium)
The theme park of Plopsa Coo is located near the waterfalls of Coo. Entering the chair lift gives you acces to a beautiful panorama view. The many attractions are the favorite of every child.

Theme park Mondo Verde – Landgraaf
Mondo Verde is a new and unique theme park. In an area of 20 ha, you’ll travel around the world in one day! Travelling from Spain to China via Austria, it’s possible in theme park Modo Verde!
