We warmly welcome you to Hotel Ons Epen. Below, you’ll find all practical information that is useful before and during your stay. This way, you know exactly what to expect and can enjoy peace, space, and comfort in beautiful Epen without any worries.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: from 15:00
  • Check-out time: until 10:30

Would you like to check in earlier or stay a bit longer on the day of departure? Please let us know in advance. If available, we are happy to accommodate your request.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we apply the following house rules:

  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel or in the rooms
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Visitors of non-guests are only permitted after consultation with reception
  • Please be considerate of other guests, especially between 22:00 and 08:00 (quiet hours)

In case of severe disturbance or violation of the rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures.

Breakfast

We serve a fresh and extensive breakfast buffet daily, prepared with local and seasonal products.

  • Breakfast times: daily from 08:30 to 10:00
  • Breakfast for “sleep only” guests can easily be added upon arrival

Wellness Facilities

As a guest of Hotel Ons Epen, you have access to our wellness area, which includes:

  • Finnish sauna
  • Steam bath
  • Infrared cabin
  • Relaxation room

Use of the wellness facilities is by reservation only, so you can enjoy your session in complete tranquillity. Bathrobes and wellness towels are included.

Parking and Bicycles

  • Free parking on our private grounds, no reservation required
  • Locked bicycle storage with charging points for e-bikes
  • Electric car charging station available on-site

Internet

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. You will receive the login details upon arrival.

Payment Methods

Cash or debit card (PIN).
We kindly prefer that you settle your payment upon arrival.

Preference Booking

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room number, but we will always do our best to accommodate your preferences. Please let us know if you would like a ground-floor apartment.

Accessibility

Hotel Ons Epen is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Our rooms are located on both the ground floor and the first floor, accessible via stairs.

Cancelling or Changing Your Reservation

The cancellation policy for direct bookings at Hotel Ons Epen can be found in your booking confirmation. For reservations made through third parties, please contact the booking platform directly.
